Role Description The Telesales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur.

The Telesales

Executive will handle outbound and inbound calls to promote immigration and resettlement services, explain offerings, and convert leads into clients. Daily tasks include qualifying leads, following up on inquiries, maintaining detailed records in CRM systems, and scheduling consultations for prospective clients. The role involves addressing customer questions, providing basic information on visa options,



and ensuring a qualified and courteous customer experience.

The Telesales

Executive will collaborate with the sales and consulting teams to achieve individual and team sales targets while adhering to company guidelines and compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal articulation and active listening.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to manage queries and build trust with clients.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, nurture relationships, and close deals.
- Proficiency in using telecalling tools, CRM or sales tracking systems, and basic computer applications.
- Previous experience in telesales, call center, or immigration/education consultancy is preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage time efficiently.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professional phone etiquette, and a client-focused mindset.
