Job Responsibilities
Make outbound and inbound calls to patients and leads
Explain herbal treatments, therapies, and services
Schedule appointments and follow up with patients
Maintain patient records and call data
Provide excellent customer support and guidance
Requirements
Good communication skills (Tamil/English preferred)
Basic computer knowledge
Polite and patient-friendly attitude
Interest in herbal/Ayurvedic healthcare is a plus
