Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing activities for our NEET & JEE coaching institute. The candidate will be responsible for generating awareness, leads and student enquiries through online and offline marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute local marketing activities to generate student enquiries and admissions.

- Support digital marketing campaigns across social media and other online platforms.

- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing campaigns, events and promotional activities.

- Manage and execute school visits, seminars, career counselling sessions, workshops and promotional events.

- Coordinate with vendors, printers, event agencies and other external partners.

- Assist in the planning and execution of outdoor branding, pamphlet distribution, hoardings, banners and other local marketing activities.

- Support social media and content campaigns in coordination with the digital/content team.





- Monitor lead generation activities and campaign performance.

- Track competitor activities, market trends and local education/coaching developments.

- Work closely with the admission team to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of marketing-generated leads.

- Maintain marketing activity reports and provide regular updates to management.

- Help strengthen the institute's brand presence within the local market.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline. (Science background is preferred)

- 2–5 years of relevant marketing experience.

- Candidates with experience in the education, edtech, coaching or test-preparation industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
