Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Explain company products, services, offers, and benefits clearly.

Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information. Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls. Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication. Schedule appointments or connect qualified leads with the sales team.

Maintain accurate call records and customer information. Handle customer queries professionally.



Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets. Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up and conversion.

Required

SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good Telugu and English communication; Hindi is an added advantage. Confident and positive attitude. Basic computer knowledge. Good convincing and negotiation skills. Ability to work with targets and deadlines. Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

Preferred

CandidateCandidates with Tele Calling, Customer Support, Lead Generation, or Sales experience will be preferred. Immediate joiners are preferred.
