GOLD MARK SETTLEMENT (GMS) is looking for an energetic, confident and target-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential and existing customers, understanding their requirements related to gold loans and gold jewellery, generating qualified leads, following up with prospects and converting enquiries into successful business opportunities. Candidates with prior experience in gold loan companies, jewellery stores, NBFCs, banks, loan/finance companies, gold buying businesses or financial services will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities ● Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. ● Explain GMS services clearly and professionally. ● Generate and qualify leads through telecalling. ● Understand customers’ requirements regarding gold loan settlement, gold loan closure/release and selling old gold/silver. ● Follow up regularly with interested customers and maintain proper lead records. ● Convert qualified leads into appointments and business opportunities. ● Coordinate with the Field Sales Team for customer visits and further processing. ● Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers. ● Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about company services. ● Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets. ● Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, appointments and lead status. ● Reconnect with previous leads and work on old/inactive customer databases. ● Provide regular updates to the Team Leader/Management regarding lead progress.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following sectors will be preferred:



● Gold Loan / Gold Loan Settlement ● Jewellery Industry ● Gold & Silver Buying ● NBFC / Banking ● Financial Services ● Loan / Insurance Sales ● Jewellery Sales ● Telecalling / Telesales ● Customer Relationship Management ● Field Sales Coordination Experience with customers dealing with companies such as Muthoot Finance, Manappuram Finance, IIFL Finance, banks or other gold-loan providers will be an added advantage.

Apply? ● Male or Female candidates can apply. ● Minimum 1 year of telecalling/telesales experience preferred. ● Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also be considered. ● Candidates with experience in jewellery, gold loans, banking, NBFCs or financial services will be given preference. ● Must have good communication and interpersonal skills. ● Must be confident while speaking with customers over the phone. ● Should have good convincing and negotiation abilities. ● Should be comfortable working with sales targets. ● Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp and Excel/Google Sheets is preferred. ● Candidates should be skilled, disciplined and customer-oriented. ● Local candidates from Kolkata and nearby areas are preferred.
