About Drifts Sports

Drifts Sports is a growing cricket-focused brand committed to providing quality cricket products and building strong relationships with players, coaches, academies, and cricket communities.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive to join our team and help us expand our customer network.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to new and potential customers and introduce Drifts Sports products.
- Follow up with existing customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Connect with cricket academies, cricket camps, coaches, schools, clubs, and sports organizations to explore business opportunities.
- Generate leads and identify potential customers through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable cricket products.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer requests.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Build long-term relationships with academies, coaches, retailers, and cricket communities.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth customer service.
- Take feedback from customers and communicate useful insights to the team.
- Actively contribute ideas for expanding Drifts Sports' customer base and market presence.

What We Are Looking For




- Fluency in Telugu and English is essential.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking to customers over the phone.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Basic knowledge of cricket and genuine interest in the sport will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills
- Telecalling / Customer Service / Sales experience.
- Experience dealing with cricket academies, sports stores, schools, or sports-related businesses will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp, Excel, or CRM tools.
