Role & responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers for real estate projects (residential/commercial) and promote our digital marketing services.

Explain project details, pricing and offers to interested clients and generate qualified leads.

Follow up with leads via calls/WhatsApp, schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.

Maintain and update the calling database (CRM/Excel) with call status and feedback.

Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and coordinate with the marketing team for campaign leads.

Build good rapport with clients and ensure a positive first impression of the company.

Preferred candidate profile

12th Pass/Graduate with 1-2 years of telecalling/telesales experience, preferably in real estate or digital marketing.

Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English, confident and convincing telephone manner.

Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling client objections.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools and willingness to learn about real estate and digital marketing offerings.

Self-motivated, target-driven and punctual.
