Follow up with new enquiries and convert leads into confirmed sales.

Handle and maintain relationships with existing customers.

Respond to customer enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.

Understand customer requirements and explain our services and pricing clearly.

Schedule appointments, site visits, inspections and service bookings.

Coordinate with the field/service team regarding customer schedules.

Follow up with customers for quotations, confirmations and payments.

Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, follow-ups and bookings.





Provide regular updates to customers regarding scheduled services.

Ensure good customer service and build long-term customer relationships.

Achieve monthly sales and follow-up targets.

Required Skills Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.

Confident and polite while speaking with customers.

Valuable convincing and sales skills.

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, calling and computer operations.

Good follow-up and time-management skills.

Ability to handle multiple customers and schedules.

- Previous experience in sales, telecalling or customer service will be an advantage.
