Operations Executive (Logistics)

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery activities.

Plan and monitor vehicle movement for timely deliveries.

Prepare invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and other logistics documents.

Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, dealers, and customers.

Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.

Maintain dispatch records and update reports in MS Excel.

Coordinate with the warehouse team for inventory and dispatch.

Ensure timely loading and unloading of goods.

Follow up with transporters and collect Proof of Delivery (POD).

Support daily logistics and operational activities.

Follow company rules and logistics procedures.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, or B.Sc. preferred).

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in logistics or operations will have an added advantage.





Basic knowledge of logistics or supply chain is preferred.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Willingness to learn and work in a team.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and pay attention to details.
