RG BDS Consultant is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller / Counsellor to join our team in Jalandhar.

The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, understanding their travel requirements, explaining our tourist visa services, following up with leads, and converting interested prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing leads.
- Understand clients' travel and tourist visa requirements.
- Explain the visa process, documentation requirements, and available services.
- Counsel clients according to their requirements.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads.
- Handle client queries through phone and WhatsApp.
- Schedule appointments and consultations.
- Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups.
- Build a good relationship with prospective clients.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales and conversion targets.

Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Fluent in Punjabi and Hindi.
- Basic English communication skills.




- Confident and professional personality.
- Good customer-handling and counselling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Sales or telecalling experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome to apply if they have good communication and convincing skills.
