Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Telecaller / Business Development Executive located in Surat. The intern will make outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introduce the company’s services, and clearly explain value propositions. Daily tasks include maintaining call logs, updating lead information in internal systems, and following up consistently to schedule meetings or product demos for senior team members.

The role involves supporting business development activities by identifying potential markets, gathering basic client requirements, and assisting in preparing simple reports on call outcomes and lead status. Interns will collaborate with the sales and operations teams,



adhere to scripts and company guidelines, and participate in training sessions to improve communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong verbal communication skills, active listening abilities, and clear telephone etiquette.
- Candidates should possess basic sales and business development skills, including lead generation, follow-up discipline, and interest in client relationship building.
