JOB POST - TELECALLER / LEAD GENERATION EXECUTIVE (APNA)

Location: Lajpat Nagar-II, Recent Delhi (work from office)

Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Mon-Sat

Experience: 1-2 years

Education: Graduate (any stream)

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to corporate and institutional prospects from provided and self-sourced databases
- Explain Sparc's IT products and services, identify requirements, and qualify leads
- Fix appointments and meetings for the sales team and follow up till closure
- Maintain and update call records, lead status and daily reports in Excel/CRM
- Send introductory emails, quotations and follow-up mails as directed

Requirements
- Must know how to operate a computer - MS Word, MS Excel and email (Outlook/Gmail) are essential
- Comfortable with data entry, basic formulas and maintaining trackers in Excel
- Good spoken and written English and Hindi; clear, confident phone manner
- Ability to handle 60-80 calls a day and stay organised with follow-ups
- Freshers with good communication may apply

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
