Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Generate interest and awareness about insurance products
- Explain basic features and benefits of Health, Life & Motor Insurance
- Follow up with interested customers and leads
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team
- Schedule appointments and maintain regular follow-ups
- Maintain daily calling records and update lead status
