We are looking for a Telecalling Executive who is confident, energetic, and has valuable communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers/leads, understanding their requirements, generating leads, and following up with interested customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
- Explain company products/services to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Maintain customer and lead records.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi and basic English communication required.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers can also apply.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
