We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Tele Caller. The role involves interacting with customers and providing timely and professional assistance.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat in a prompt and professional manner.
- Address customer concerns, provide suitable resolutions, or escalate issues when required.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to support product and service improvements.
- Guide customers on product features, advantages, and effective usage.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
- 0–1 year of experience in customer support, telecalling, or helpdesk roles.
- Willingness to work from our office located in Kalamassery.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
