Role: Telecalling

Location: Bangalore, WFO

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

We are looking for highly motivated Telecallers to promote and sell our JEE & NEET preparation courses. The role involves outbound calling to leads, counselling students/parents, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to students and parents from provided leads

Explain JEE/NEET course features, benefits, pricing, and offers

Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses

Convert leads into admissions (conversion is mandatory)

Follow up with interested prospects until closure

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM

Achieve daily call targets and monthly revenue targets





Handle objections and negotiate effectively

Coordinate with academic and operations teams when required

Skills Required

- Solid communication skills (English/Regional language preferred)

Persuasion and negotiation skills

Sales mindset with result-oriented approach

Ability to counsel students and parents confidently
