Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team in Tirur. The role involves calling leads, following up with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and supporting the sales and marketing team in customer conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads and customer enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Identify interested prospects and forward qualified leads to the concerned team.
- Support the Marketing and Sales teams in lead follow-up and conversion.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and follow-ups.
- Handle basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.
- Meet assigned calling, follow-up, and conversion targets.





Requirements

- Any Degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working with targets.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead follow-up is an advantage.
