Job Purpose

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Telecaller to support business development activities for Gold Loan (GL), Investment, and Insurance products. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, generating leads, explaining products, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate business leads.
- Promote and explain Gold Loan, Investment, and Insurance products.
- Identify customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Generate qualified leads and coordinate with the concerned sales/branch team for follow-up.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Update customer interactions, leads, and follow-up details in the CRM/system.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly call and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.




- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Graduate and above
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, banking, NBFC, insurance, financial services, or customer service will be an advantage.
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Malayalam is required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convince and engage customers over the telephone.
- Target-oriented with a positive and proactive approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems will be an advantage.
