We are looking for a Technician Trainer with strong hands-on knowledge of home appliances who can train and develop our ground staff on basic appliance handling, inspection, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance.

The ideal candidate should be technically strong, and, should be comfortable teaching, communicating with, and managing ground-level staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct practical and classroom-based training for ground staff on home appliances, including:
- Air Conditioners (AC)
- Refrigerators
- Washing Machines
- Televisions
- Microwaves
- Other household appliances
- Train ground staff on basic product functioning, operation, handling, inspection, troubleshooting, and common faults.
- Develop and deliver practical training modules based on the actual requirements of field and warehouse operations.
- Demonstrate appliance handling and troubleshooting procedures through hands-on training and live demonstrations.
- Assess employees' technical understanding and practical skills through regular evaluations.
- Identify skill gaps and provide additional training or coaching wherever required.
- Train staff on safe and appropriate handling of appliances during pickup, transportation, installation, servicing, refurbishment, and delivery.
- Ensure ground staff understand common appliance issues and can correctly identify when an issue requires technical intervention.
- Monitor the performance of trained employees and provide feedback to improve their technical capabilities.




- Work closely with the Operations and Technical teams to identify recurring issues and incorporate them into training programs.
- Maintain basic records of training sessions, employee attendance, assessments, and training progress.
- Ensure training standards are consistently followed across the ground staff.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–5 years of hands-on experience working with home appliances, appliance servicing, repair, installation, or technical operations.
- Strong practical knowledge of AC, refrigerator, washing machine, TV, microwave, and other household appliances.
- Previous experience in technical training, team supervision, technician mentoring, or workforce development will be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in straightforward, easy-to-understand language.
- Comfortable working directly with ground staff, technicians, warehouse teams, and field employees.
- Patient and approachable training style, while being able to maintain discipline and accountability.
- Strong practical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to conduct hands-on demonstrations rather than relying only on theoretical training.
- Willingness to work in a hands-on operational environment and spend time with ground staff on the floor.
