Key Requirements

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Technical Support or Customer Support

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Fluency in Hindi is mandatory

Strong customer handling, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Willingness to work in a 247 rotational shift environment, including weekends

Robust customer service, active listening and empathy skills

Technical Skills

Candidates Should Have Working Knowledge Of Windows OS installation,



troubleshooting and updates

Computer hardware troubleshooting

Printer setup and troubleshooting, including Inkjet and LaserJet

Networking fundamentals including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, IP and DNS

LAN configuration and IP settings

MS Office and commonly used software applications

Ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers
