We are looking for a Technical Support & Network Engineer to provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting and network infrastructure services at customer locations. The role involves regular field visits and hands-on work with computers, networking equipment and IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in office technical support for desktops, laptops, printers and other IT devices.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows systems and software.
- Install and troubleshoot LAN/network connectivity.
- Configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, Wi-Fi and basic network devices.
- Handle LAN cabling, patch panels, crimping and network testing.
- Troubleshoot IP, DHCP, DNS and basic connectivity issues.
- Support CCTV, NVR/DVR and other IT/network-related equipment when required.
- Attend customer/site support calls and resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers for installation and maintenance activities.
- Maintain service reports and update work status after site visits.
- Travel to customer locations/sites as required.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Desktop/IT Technical Support.
- Basic to good knowledge of networking and LAN infrastructure.
- Hands-on troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, IP addressing, DHCP and DNS.
- Experience with switches, routers, Wi-Fi and structured cabling is preferred.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
