Position Details:

Title: Technical Project Manager - Night Shift

Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru, KA

Type: Hybrid (3 Days a week)

Years of Experience: 7 to 12 Years

Role & responsibilities:

- Project Execution & Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
- Technical Architecture & Risk Management: Partner with engineering leads to evaluate architectural decisions, identify technical risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Agile Facilitation & Delivery: Guide cross-functional development teams through Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Stakeholder & Resource Management:



Serve as the central point of contact between technical teams, business leaders, and product management to communicate progress, manage scope changes, and allocate engineering resources.
- Technical Documentation & Metric Tracking: Define explicit project milestones, maintain technical documentation, and track key performance indicators (e.g., velocity, burn-down rate, deployment frequency).
- Process Optimization & Release Management: Streamline continuous delivery pipelines, oversee software release cycles, and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and deployment quality.
