About the Role:

nWe are looking for a highly organised and analytically driven Technical Program Manager to support our Research & Development (R&D;) organization. In this role, you will partner closely with R&D; leadership to drive complex cross-functional technical initiatives, streamline operational processes, and ensure successful execution across teams.

n

nThe ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of modern software development methodologies and cloud technologies, along with exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

nWhat you'll do:

nProject Management:

n

- Drive engineering programs and releases from idea to delivery to deployment
n
- Shall be responsible for defining the program governance
n
- Champion long-term, scalable processes that support the growing needs of our company
n
- Drive the prioritisation, scope, and schedule of product activities, working closely with architects and engineering leads
n
- Experience in managing challenging stakeholders and provide regular executive reports on program performance to senior management
n
- Go-to-person for all Project related information
n

nCollaboration With Leadership:

- Serve as a key partner to the R&D; leadership team by providing regular updates.
n
- Support leadership in prioritising R&D; projects and aligning resources with strategic goals.
n
- Prepare and share weekly status report and provide visibility to leadership
n

nCross-Functional Operations & Reviews:

- Lead and conduct operational reviews, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.
n
- Host and facilitate critical cross-functional meetings to drive decision-making and ensure smooth execution of R&D; projects.
n
- Drive process improvements and share best practices across the organization.
n

nWhat you bring:

n

n

n
- Bachelor’s/Master degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
n
- 5-10 years experience and above in project management, operations, preferably within an R&D; or technology-driven setting.
n
- Strong program management and leadership experience, with ability to influence at all levels.
n
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, SaaS business models, and software development methodologies and lifecycle.
n
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Google sheets, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
n
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills with the ability to conduct operational reviews and host critical cross-functional meetings.
n
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
n

- Familiarity with R&D; processes and product development cycles.

- Experience working in a fast-moving environment at a Cloud Software organization
