nWe’re hiring a Technical Program Manager – Cloud Migration & EngineeringI to lead Sustainability & Climate technology initiatives including AWS-to-GCP migration.n

nThis is a highly technical program leadership role—not traditional project coordination. You’ll lead execution across MSCI, First Street, and AgileEngine engineering teams, managing architecture, dependencies, migration, testing, validation, production readiness, and cutover.n

n Role Overviewn

nYou will lead an end-to-end technical program across multiple engineering organizations, driving First Street integration and AWS-to-GCP migration.

Responsibilities include:n

n• Translating initiatives into workstreams, milestones, dependencies, roadmaps, and execution plansn

n• Partnering with technical leads on architecture, APIs, integrations, databases, cloud services, and data platformsn

n• Coordinating engineering, testing, data, cloud, and product activitiesn

n• Managing risks, blockers, issues, backlogs, follow-ups, and delivery commitmentsn

n• Leading testing, validation, parallel runs, data reconciliation, cutover, and production-readiness activitiesn

n• Presenting progress, risks, decisions, and actions to senior stakeholdersn

n• Supporting collaboration across distributed teams in India and North American

n• Using AI-assisted tools and automation to improve execution and reportingn

n✅ Must-Have Requirementsn

n• 10+ years in Technical Program Management, Technical Delivery, Engineering Leadership, or a comparable technical rolen

n• Experience leading complex programs across multiple engineering teamsn

n• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, databases, and delivery processesn





n• Practical AWS and GCP knowledge, including service mappingn

n• Experience leading or participating in cloud migration programs; AWS-to-GCP experience is highly desirablen

n• Experience with testing, validation, parallel runs, reconciliation, cutovers, and production readinessn

n• Strong ownership, risk management, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting skillsn

n• Ability to work effectively across distributed engineering organizationsn

n• React-based applications and up-to-date web integrationn

n• Python and data/modeling workloadsn
