Role: Technical Delivery Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager with strong experience in Life Insurance software products to lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for managing delivery across product, engineering, business, QA and customer-facing teams, ensuring projects are delivered with high quality, within agreed timelines and aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Life Insurance processes and software platforms, combined with excellent technical delivery, stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery of Life Insurance software product implementations and enhancements.
- Lead delivery planning, estimation, scheduling, execution and release management.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Development, QA and Support teams.




- Understand Life Insurance business requirements and translate them into effective technical delivery plans.
- Manage multiple projects/workstreams and ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved.
- Drive Agile/Scrum-based delivery practices and ensure effective sprint and release planning.
- Track project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues and resource requirements.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide clear status updates to senior management and customers.
- Identify delivery risks proactively and drive appropriate mitigation and corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, quality standards, security requirements and organizational processes.
- Coordinate with customers during requirement discussions, implementation, UAT, deployment and production support.
- Work with technical teams to resolve critical delivery issues and dependencies.
- Ensure smooth coordination between business, product and technology teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, quality and team productivity.
- Mentor and guide delivery/project teams and promote a strong delivery culture.
