Role Objective:-

1. To operate various machineries & equipments in engineering department as per SOP.
2. To carry out Preventive maintenance of equipments.
3. To handle break down

Key Responsibilities:
- To operate and maintain up keep of relevant machineries, equipments of their sections
- Records to be update as per cGMP norms.
- To avoid major breakdown, preventive maintenance of Water system to be done as per SOP.
- Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of set ups to user point.
- Carry out the preventive maintenance as scheduled for the year.
- Prompt attention to breakdown maintenance
- Modification & development work in machinery as per guidance of engineer.
- Timely reports of materials needed for maintenance and routing operation.
- Writing of daily report.
- Ensure that working environment is kept clean always.
- Secure and proper use of tools.
- Report any strange observation to site engineer.
- Do not leave duty until hand over charge to reliever OR inform to superior.
