Role Description The Team Manager role at Andromeda Sales & Distribution Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai.

The Team

Manager is responsible for leading a team of Financial Advisors, setting daily and weekly sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and feedback to support goal achievement. This role involves overseeing lead allocation, tracking loan application pipelines, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
