We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Residential Sales with 2+ years of experience in a Real Estate Channel Partner (CP) firm , preferably with solid knowledge of the North Bangalore market .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 5–6 sales professionals .
- Handle and distribute qualified Google leads .
- Drive site visits, follow-ups, conversions, and closures.
- Monitor team performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Train, motivate, and support the sales team.
- Maintain strong knowledge of North Bangalore residential projects.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Real Estate CP firm .
- Prior residential sales and team-handling experience .
- Experience managing a team of 5–6 members.
- Hands-on experience with Google leads .
- Strong leadership, communication, and closing skills.
- Target-driven with a strong ownership mindset.
