Experience: 2+ years in Sales / Insurance / Tele-sales, with team-handling experience preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of insurance sales executives.
- Drive the team to achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular coaching.
- Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing sales.
- Conduct team huddles, performance reviews, and sales training sessions.
- Track sales metrics, conversion rates, and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and compliance requirements.
- Motivate team members and improve overall sales performance.
- Prepare and share regular performance reports with management.

Eligibility & Skills
- Strong communication skills in Kannada/ Malayalam/ Hindi and English.




- Prior experience in insurance sales, telesales, banking, BFSI, or related sales processes.
- Previous experience managing or mentoring a sales team is preferred.
- Strong target-oriented and people-management skills.
- Good negotiation, objection-handling, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office.
