Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Coaching

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 5–10 Inside Sales Representatives.

- Drive the team to achieve individual and overall sales targets.

- Conduct regular one-on-one sessions and live call monitoring to improve performance.

Performance Monitoring

- Track key sales KPIs including call volume, conversion rates, pipeline movement, and revenue.

- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.

Sales Operations

- Manage lead allocation, sales pipelines, and CRM accuracy.

- Support team members in handling complex negotiations and escalated customer queries.

Hiring & Training

- Assist in hiring and onboarding current team members.

- Conduct product, process, and sales training.

- Build a positive and collaborative team environment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Senior Management teams.

- Support sales campaigns and share market/customer feedback.

- Ensure alignment between sales activities and business objectives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
