Role Description The Team Lead role at Bellway Realtech is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Team

Lead will oversee a small team of sales and advisory professionals, guide daily operations, and ensure that client interactions reflect the company’s commitment to transparency and trust.

Responsibilities include managing property inquiries, coordinating site visits, mentoring team members, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring accurate documentation and legal compliance for transactions. The role also involves collaborating with management on sales strategies, providing market insights, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

Lead is expected to set clear goals, resolve issues promptly,



and uphold high service standards in all client-facing activities.

Qualifications

- Experience leading teams in real estate, property advisory, or a related field, with solid people management and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management, particularly in land, farmhouse, residential, or commercial property transactions.
- Ability to understand and work with legal documentation, property due diligence, and compliance processes, ensuring transparent and accurate paperwork.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present property options clearly and build long-term trust with diverse clients.
- Comfort working on-site in Noida, including coordinating field activities such as site visits and client meetings.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple deals, priorities, and team tasks efficiently.
- Working knowledge of local real estate markets and investment trends; prior experience with land or farmhouse projects is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency with standard office tools and CRM or sales tracking software to monitor leads, pipeline, and team performance.
