Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS)

Location: Chennai

Experience: 6 to 12 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer, monitor, and maintain IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS)/IBM Workload Scheduler environments.
- Schedule, manage, and troubleshoot batch jobs and workload automation processes.
- Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching of TWS components.
- Monitor job execution, resolve failures, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Create and maintain job streams, calendars, dependencies, and workflows.
- Work with application, infrastructure, and support teams to resolve scheduling issues.
- Implement automation and process improvements to optimize workload management.
- Prepare operational documentation and support production activities.

Required Skills:





- Hands on experience in Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS)/IBM Workload Scheduler.
- Strong knowledge of workload automation, batch processing, and job scheduling.
- Experience in TWS installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
- Knowledge of scheduling concepts, calendars, job dependencies, and workflow management.
- Experience in incident management and production support.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
