Change Management

Location: Chennai

Experience: 7 to 14 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate IT change requests throughout the change lifecycle.

- Ensure all changes are assessed, approved, implemented, and documented as per process.

- Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and track approvals.

- Analyze change impact, risk, and dependencies before implementation.

- Monitor change schedules and ensure minimal business disruption.

- Coordinate with infrastructure, application, network, and support teams for change implementation.

- Maintain change records, reports, and audit documentation.

- Track change success rates, outages, and process compliance metrics.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the change management process.





- Support incident, problem, and release management activities.

Required Skills:

- Hands on experience in IT Change Management.

- Strong understanding of ITIL Change Management processes.

- Experience in handling Normal, Standard, and Emergency Changes.

- Hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar.

- Knowledge of risk assessment, change governance, and compliance.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.

- Robust analytical and reporting abilities.
