Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for roles across the organization.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and create compelling job postings aligned with Yangpoo’s mission. They will support employer branding initiatives to attract diverse,



high-caliber talent and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle. The role also includes maintaining accurate recruitment data, collaborating with HR on onboarding, and contributing to continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions efficiently.
- Demonstrated capability in Interviewing and Hiring, including structured interviews and objective evaluation of candidates.
- Strong understanding of Employer Branding and talent marketing to attract diverse and high-quality applicants.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and contemporary recruitment practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience recruiting in education, edtech, or professional services environments is an advantage.
