Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across technical, corporate, and site-level positions. The role requires strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, and candidate management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and experience.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and business teams to understand manpower requirements.
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle salary discussions, offer coordination, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate databases,



and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of critical and bulk hiring requirements.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate/MBA in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15 - 20 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Strong experience in technical and non-technical recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and recruitment targets simultaneously.
- Candidates with experience in Engineering, Power, Oil & Gas, EPC, Manufacturing, or Infrastructure recruitment will be preferred.
