We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to manage and strengthen the company's recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for identifying manpower requirements, developing sourcing strategies, attracting suitable candidates, managing the recruitment pipeline, and ensuring timely hiring across corporate and QSR outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand manpower requirements from different departments and outlets.

- Develop effective recruitment strategies based on business and staffing requirements.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, campus hiring, and other channels.

- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.





- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

- Conduct telephonic and HR screening interviews.

- Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.

- Conduct bulk hiring for QSR positions such as Crew Members, Outlet Managers, Manager Trainees, and other operational roles.

- Support recruitment for corporate positions across departments.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
