Role Description

AevumX is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead – U.S. IT Recruitment to lead recruitment delivery and support our growing talent acquisition team.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring proven experience in U.S. IT staffing, C2C recruitment, technical talent acquisition, and recruitment delivery . The ideal candidate will bring an established network of consultants and staffing vendors, a strong placement record, and the ability to lead recruiters while actively contributing to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end U.S. IT recruitment and C2C staffing , from requirement analysis and sourcing through screening, submission, interviews, negotiation, and placement.
- Source and qualify consultants based on technical skills, work authorization, availability, rates, and client requirements.
- Maintain and expand a strong network of C2C consultants, candidates, staffing vendors, and recruitment partners .
- Recruit across Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Software Development, Cybersecurity, Salesforce,



Infrastructure, and related technologies.
- Lead and mentor recruiters on sourcing strategy, Boolean search, candidate qualification, rate negotiation, vendor engagement, and recruitment best practices.
- Review candidate submissions for technical alignment, quality, documentation, rates, and overall readiness.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for current and upcoming technical requirements.
- Track recruitment performance, including submissions, interviews, closures, placements, and recruiter productivity within the ATS.
- Collaborate with Delivery, Business Development, Operations, and Management teams to prioritize requirements and support timely delivery.

Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on U.S. IT recruitment experience , including strong C2C staffing experience and team leadership or mentoring exposure.
- Proven track record of U.S. IT placements , supported by measurable performance across submissions, interviews, closures, and placements.
- Established network of C2C consultants, qualified candidates, and U.S. staffing vendors .
- Solid understanding of U.S. work authorizations, C2C engagement models, technical candidate qualification, rate negotiation, and staffing processes.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit across niche and high-demand technology skill sets.
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, Boolean Search, job portals, ATS databases, referrals, and professional networks .
- Experience with CEIPAL or similar ATS platforms is preferred.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, relationship management, and candidate engagement skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
