We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic

Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. This role provides hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand job requirements and candidate profiles.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks and referrals.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations.

- Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, compensation, notice period and career interests.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

- Maintain candidate information and recruitment trackers.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

- Support talent mapping and market research.

- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.

- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.

Requirements

- Graduate or postgraduate in HR,



Business Administration or a related field.

- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to interact confidently with candidates.

- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals is preferred.

- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

- Proactive, responsible and eager to learn.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
