Recruitment Executive – Talent Acquisition | HDB Financial ServicesManage end-to-end recruitment for sales and business support roles across multiple locations. Handle stakeholder management by coordinating with Business Heads, Branch Managers and HR teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities. Drive candidate sourcing through Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, referrals and other recruitment channels .

Manage campus placement drives by coordinating with colleges, placement cells and candidates. Develop and maintain NGO and external sourcing partnerships to generate a consistent candidate pipeline. Plan and coordinate walk-in interviews, job fairs and bulk hiring drives .

Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and coordinate interview schedules. Follow up with selected candidates through the offer, documentation and joining process . Maintain recruitment MIS, sourcing data and daily/weekly hiring reports.

Build solid relationships with external hiring partners, colleges and internal stakeholders to support continuous manpower requirements.
