Role Description The Talent Acquisition Executive will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection processes for various roles within the institute. This full time, on-site position is based in Noida and involves close collaboration with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, define role profiles, and ensure timely and effective staffing.

The role includes building and maintaining candidate pipelines, conducting reference checks,



and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

The Talent Acquisition

Executive will also support employer branding initiatives, maintain accurate recruitment documentation, and use data to improve hiring efficiency and quality. Regular interaction with internal teams and external partners is expected to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Hiring and Recruiting, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in IT Recruitment, including sourcing and assessing candidates for technology and digital roles.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Employer Branding practices to enhance the institute’s visibility and attractiveness to potential talent.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networking platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple requirements, and meet hiring timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in EdTech, education, or service-oriented organizations is preferred.
