We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle—from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring successful onboarding.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with high-volume recruitment, proactive candidate sourcing, recruitment platforms, LinkedIn, job portals, and maintaining a solid talent pipeline.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Sourcing

- Understand hiring requirements from department heads and team leads.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.




- Proactively build and maintain talent pools for recurring and critical positions.
- Prepare and publish job descriptions and job postings across relevant platforms.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidates for experience, skills, communication, salary expectations, notice period, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical/departmental interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously and ensure positions are closed within agreed timelines
