Position Name: - Supply Chain Mgmt. Coord (Off-role position)

Aim of the position

Customer order management, Coordination of supplies and Documentations for Sector Distribution

Manage order booking in SAP according to customer requirements.

Prepare delivery notes, coordinate pre-dispatch inspections, and arrange timely dispatches.

Collaborate with logistics teams to facilitate dispatches and ensure accurate documentation.

Coordinate with sales teams and customers to confirm product availability.

Ensure timely preparation and submission of documentation for Letters of Credit (LC) and other legal requirements.

Minimize liquidated damage penalties by ensuring on-time delivery.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address any concerns related to media products.

Support sales planning and execution, including assistance with budgeting.

Oversee inventory management within the designated sector.

Required Qualifications

B.E qualification is compulsory

Knowledge of SAP, Order Booking & Microsoft Office Tools

3 to 5 years of experience in the same function

Valuable communication skills
