1. Install, configure, administer and troubleshoot both Linux and Windows Server systems supporting approved business services.

2. Manage authorised user accounts, Active Directory, group permissions and access changes, including onboarding and exit-related revocation.

3. Administer Office 365, email, domains, DNS, DHCP and related services within the assigned environment.

4. Monitor server health, logs, storage, performance and availability, and investigate abnormal conditions before they affect users.

5. Maintain network connectivity, routers, switches, firewalls and VPNs, coordinating branch or vendor support where required.

6. Resolve assigned L2/L3 TTs within applicable response and resolution SLAs, documenting diagnosis, actions, dependencies and user confirmation.

7. Plan and apply approved patches, upgrades and configuration changes with appropriate testing, backups and rollback arrangements.

8. Monitor backups,



investigate failures and perform scheduled restore checks, keeping evidence of recovery readiness.

9. Support virtualisation, assigned cloud instances and hosted applications or databases in coordination with application owners.

10. Maintain system inventories, configuration records, access documentation, renewal reminders and operating procedures securely.

11. Coordinate migrations, capacity improvements, hardware repairs and service-provider issues with the IT Manager.

12. Guide IT Executives on first-line troubleshooting, prepare user instructions and escalate unresolved infrastructure or security risks promptly.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
