Legup is looking for an experienced Supply Chain & Operations leader who can take ownership of our end-to-end supply chain, streamline existing processes, and build efficient systems that support business growth.

We’re looking for someone who combines solid supply chain expertise with business acumen — someone who can understand the bigger business picture, identify operational gaps, and turn them into scalable, efficient processes.

End-to-end supply chain & operations

Procurement, inventory & vendor management

Logistics & distribution operations

Process optimization and SOP implementation

Cost optimization and operational efficiency

Supply-demand planning and forecasting

Team leadership and performance management

MIS,



KPIs and operational reporting

Cross-functional coordination with business teams

Building scalable processes for future growth

### Who We’re Looking For

- Strong experience in Supply Chain & Operations
- Proven experience in process improvement and operational excellence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent vendor and stakeholder management skills
- Strong leadership and team-management capabilities
- Good business acumen and commercial understanding
- The ability to take ownership and drive execution
- Experience in building and streamlining processes from the ground up
