Job Details To independently manage an entire production line from production planning through fabrication, quality, material coordination and final dispatch, ensuring that equipment and fabricated components are completed as per schedule, required quality, productivity and cost targets.

The person should be capable of coordinating with PPC, Engineering, Stores, Purchase, Quality, Finance and Logistics to ensure uninterrupted production and timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Execution

- Receive and understand the monthly/weekly/daily production plan from PPC.
- Convert the production plan into daily line/work-centre-wise execution plans.
- Allocate manpower, machines, work centres and resources to achieve planned output.
- Monitor production progress against the schedule throughout the day.
- Identify bottlenecks and take immediate corrective action.
- Ensure OTD (On-Time Delivery) of equipment/components as per committed schedule.
- Plan and control production from material preparation → fabrication → finishing → QC → dispatch.

Update Production data in System The candidate should be and capable of independently preparing production data.

Responsibilities include

- Daily production reports.
- Plan vs. actual analysis.
- Work-centre loading and capacity monitoring.
- Manpower productivity analysis.
- WIP tracking.
- Pending/shortage reports.
- OTD tracking.
- Rejection/rework analysis.
- Production efficiency and productivity reports.

Educational Qualification

Preferred:

- Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing Engineering

Also considered:

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing Engineering with relevant shop-floor experience.

Experience Preferred: 3–7 years of relevant experience in:

- Heavy engineering
- Equipment manufacturing
- Steel fabrication
- Crusher/mining equipment manufacturing
- Industrial equipment manufacturing
- Structural fabrication
- Automobile / automotive component manufacturing

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
