Position: Subcontractor Manager – Civil

Experience: 15+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate civil subcontractors for construction projects.
- Identify, negotiate with, and onboard suitable civil subcontractors.
- Arrange and manage labour/manpower through subcontractors.
- Allocate work and monitor progress, productivity, quality, and timelines.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, and other teams.
- Ensure required manpower, materials, tools, and equipment are available.
- Verify measurements, work orders, bills, and subcontractor documentation.
- Resolve site-level issues and ensure timely completion of works.




- Maintain subcontractor records and monitor performance.

Requirements:

- 15+ years of relevant experience in Civil Construction / Subcontractor Management.
- Robust network of civil subcontractors and labour contractors.
- Good knowledge of civil construction activities, labour deployment, measurements, and billing.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and manpower management skills.
- Experience in residential/high-rise projects preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
