nAs a Study Abroad Counsellor (UK), you will guide and support students through their study abroad journey. You will play a key role in helping them shortlist the right-fit courses and universities and ensuring a seamless admission and enrollment process.

nResponsibilities:

- End-to-End Student Journey: Manage a portfolio of students, including onboarding, detailed counselling, regular follow-ups, and ensuring their overall success.
n
- Expert Guidance: Build a deep understanding of universities, programs, admissions processes, and eligibility requirements, including exams like GRE, GMAT, IELTS, and TOEFL.
n
- Single Point of Contact: Build a strong rapport with students as their dedicated advisor for all admission-related guidance.
n
- Application Tracking: Support students with their university applications, regularly tracking their progress and resolving queries.
n
- Enrollment Support: Facilitate smooth enrollment in the chosen course,



assisting with deposits and visa applications within deadlines.
n
- Sales Execution: Achieve targets for applications, admissions and acceptances in line with company targets.
n

nQualifications:

n

n

n
- 1-3 years of experience in overseas education consulting.
n
- Robust sales and relationship-building skills with a student-centric mindset.
n
- Strong knowledge of destination countries, education systems, application processes and university requirements.
n
- Completed Bachelor's degree in business, management, psychology or related field.
n
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking).
n
- Strong multitasking and capability of working under tight deadlines.
n
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
