About the Cartel

Barbell Cartel is not a gym. We want it to be the worlds most reliable strength facility which is privately owned, barbell-driven, and built for people who take training seriously. BC II is our next chapter. One acre. Three floors. Strength, conditioning, recovery, and group programming under one roof. We are building the coaching team now.

The Role

This is a full-time, on-ground coaching position. You will coach 1.5-hour sessions, own your clients' results from training to nutrition, and be held to the highest standard on the floor. Compensation is competitive and directly tied to your performance - the better your clients do, the more you earn.

Who We Want

Someone who lives and breathes strength training. Someone who corrects a bad rep without being asked. Someone who wants to coach in the best facility in Bangalore and build something that does not exist anywhere else in this city.

Certifications help. Coaching ability is what gets you in.
