Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for Structural Fitters, Helpers, MIG Welders, and Riggers. Daily responsibilities may include measuring, cutting, and fitting structural components, assisting senior technicians in material handling and preparation, and performing MIG welding according to drawings and safety standards. Riggers will support lifting and movement of heavy equipment and structures using appropriate rigging gear and signals.

All team members will be expected to follow safety procedures, maintain tools and work areas, read basic drawings or instructions,



and coordinate with supervisors and colleagues to complete tasks on schedule. The role may involve working in workshop and project-site environments, with both individual tasks and teamwork.

Qualifications

- Experience or training in structural fitting, welding, or mechanical assembly in an industrial or fabrication environment.
- Ability to perform basic measurements, use hand tools and power tools, and follow technical instructions or simple engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of MIG welding processes, safe welding practices, and proper use of welding equipment and PPE (for MIG Welder roles).
- Basic rigging knowledge, including safe lifting practices, use of slings and shackles, and hand signaling for crane or lifting operations (for Rigger roles).
- Willingness to support material movement, housekeeping, and general assistance to technicians and supervisors (for Helper roles).
- Commitment to workplace safety, adherence to company procedures, and ability to work in physically demanding conditions.
- Positive teamwork, communication, and reliability, with readiness to work in shifts if required.
- Relevant ITI, trade certification, or prior shop-floor experience in fabrication, welding, or rigging is an advantage.
