Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Storekeeper to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory control, material handling, and proper documentation of incoming and outgoing materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials as per purchase orders/invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, inward and outward materials.
- Issue materials to different departments as per approved requirements.
- Maintain proper GRN, material issue slips, stock registers, and other store documents.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned department about shortages or required materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, storage, and arrangement of materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the store area.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts,



Production, Service, and other departments regarding material requirements.
- Ensure materials are stored safely to avoid damage, loss, or misplacement.
- Maintain records of rejected, damaged, or returned materials.
- Support periodic stock audits and prepare inventory reports.
- Follow company procedures related to material handling and inventory control.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of inventory and store management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to identify and track materials accurately.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple store activities efficiently.

Qualification 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
